3.0 Non-observance of the Terms and Conditions

Failure to act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your account without refund of any fees paid and Clobber Swap will not be liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or claim as a result of such restriction, suspension or termination of your account.

In compliance with GDPR regulation, you are as a user of this app permitted to request for free, a copy of the data that we hold for you. You can request such data and or request to be removed from our data list by emailing support@clobberswap.co.uk with your full name and we will respond to your request within 24 hours.

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data. Such data, within its limitations will show the activity each subscriber made for that email campaign.
