Are the items manufactured with ethical values?
100% Clobber Swap would not work in partnership with any business where ethical values were not considered. It is important to our members that items are good quality but take into account the following:- Quality assurance, Product conformity, Continuity of service and product, Ethical & Environmental Values, Financial Security Trust and Transparency.
What do I do if I am not happy with the products I receive?
We pride ourselves in the quality of our products and we want you to have complete confidence. If you are not happy with any part if your order, please email us merchandise@clobberswap.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order highlighting the issue.
Will I receive a receipt of my purchase.
Yes we will send you an email as soon as your order lands at Clobber Swap HQ highlighting the order and value.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service, you will need to place a new order for the alternate size/colour required and return the other back to us for a refund.
If the item isn't what I want or doesn't fit, do you supply free postage for returns?
Sorry we don't offer free postage, you would need to organise and pay for your own returns.
How long before I can return my item and get a refund?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
